The Cottage
A house of 500 m2,
with a capacity of 1 to 8 people.
Located in a hamlet (180 km from Paris), The Riad Bourguignon is a detached house.
On the ground floor: A veranda / living room overlooking a superb terrace with a Provencal fountain, a fully equipped kitchen, another living room with sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a large dining table with extensions, a bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets.
The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people for 2 nights minimum.

The Bedrooms
The cottage has 4 bedrooms :
Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom (bed 160 x 200) for 2 people
First floor:
- 1 bedroom with balcony (bed 160 x 200) for 2 people
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190) for 2 people
- 1 dormitory room (2 beds 140 x 190, 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 80 x 190) for 7 people
The bedding is of great quality, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Possibility of providing a baby umbrella bed of 60 x 120 with mattress.
Outsider
The Riad Bourguignon has a closed ground of 2000 m2, an outdoor provencal fountain, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and large umbrella. Parking spaces are available outside, in front of the gate (possibility of parking 3 cars along the wall). It is forbidden to park in the courtyard of the gîte.
Located near Auxerre city, Saint-Fargeau city and its castle, Vézelay city and its basilica, Chablis city and its vineyard, Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye city the country of Colette, and the medieval yard of Guédelon.

Ready to cook or already processed, for breakfast, brunch or a barbecue, this new service developed by the Tourist Office and the Puisaye-Forterre community of municipalities will appeal to you.
The concept is simple, order your products on www.les-paniers-repas-de-nos-fermes.fr and the producers will deliver directly to your accommodation. All you have to do is open the door and the producers will drop off the order at your place.

By car:
From Paris, take A6, Exit Joigny n°18, direction Toucy.
In Toucy, take the direction Courçon les Carrières – Ouanne.
Arrived at Ouanne, take the direction of Auxerre then 1 km from Ouanne, turn on the small road to the right indication Oiselet.
